The Charm Bar is a playful, custom jewelry experience where you get to design your own necklace from start to finish.
Start by choosing your chain, then decide how many charms you’d like. Finally, pick your favorites one by one from our wide selection. I’ll style your necklace ensuring all the charms sit beautifully balanced.

How long does it take to make my jewelry?
For Charm Bar Jewelries: Each piece is handmade to order — usually within 2–3 days. I make postal runs every Saturday, so your package will be on its way then. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, just let me know in the Order Note at checkout, and I’ll do my best to prioritize your order.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry? What if I made a mistake in my order?
Since each piece is carefully made just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges — so please double-check your picks before checkout.
That said, oops happen! If you made a mistake or need to cancel, email me right away at friend@kittywhitesocks.com. If I haven’t started making your piece yet, I’ll do my best to help.
When will my order ship?
Your custom piece is usually ready to go within 2–3 days. Standard shipping takes about 5–7 business days. Shipping rates vary depending on the state you order from — Oh and orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.!
If you need your jewels by a special date, no worries! Simply leave me a note at checkout, and I’ll do my best to get your package to the post office ASAP. There is also an Express 2-3 business-day delivery option if you're in a really big rush.
